Shipping policy

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your product. All orders placed by 12 p.m EST will ship out the same day. Orders are generally processed within 1 business day. Once the order is processed, shipping will take 1-2 business days (this does not include weekends or holidays). If you notice any errors in your shipping address please notify us immediately.

All orders are shipped through UPS. We are not responsible for how carriers handle deliveries. If your order is delayed longer than the expected delivery date, please file claims with the proper carrier.
