Shipping policy

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your product. All orders placed by 12 p.m EST will ship out the same day. Orders are generally processed within 1 business day. Once the order is processed, shipping will take 1-2 business days (this does not include weekends or holidays).

 Address errors cannot be corrected once a shipping label is created so please notify us immediately of any errors. We are not liable for orders that are delivered to the wrong address.

All orders are shipped through UPS. We are not responsible for how carriers handle deliveries. If your order is delayed longer than the expected delivery date, please file claims with the proper carrier.
